Chelsea Hellyer-Blasius - Business Development Manager
Chelsea joined the team as Business Development Manager in June 2011. She has a diploma in hospitality management and has previously worked with one of Melbourne's high profile catering companies, with hotels and event venues.
Chelsea has been involved with the hospitality industry for 13 years. She has a great knowledge of hotels, resorts and conference venues throughout Australia and continues to grow her knowledge of conference venues globally. Chelsea has worked on events from simple boardroom meetings to major event productions involving more than 1000 people and offers knowledgeable advice on venues to meet your individual conference demands. Her broad experience and exposure to the industry will ensure you receive professional and unbiased recommendations to match your conference and event needs.
Sue Wall - Senior Sales Consultant
Sue has a wealth of experience in understanding the conference needs of today's corporate decision-makers. A solid background in customer service has enabled Sue to meet the high expectations in the delivery of our service to you. Sue is well placed to advise on the full range of venues available having an in-depth knowledge of venues in Melbourne and in particular Regional Victoria.
Marissa Cole - Sales Support
Marissa has formal Event Management qualifications with hands on experience in the Conference and Events industry. She has been exposed to both the operational side of conference and events with a 5 star regional conference venue and the organisational side working of event management in her role with a Professional Conference Organiser. Marissa brings to the team many years of exceptional customer service from her various roles and is keen to assist in making sure your next event is a successful one.
Cathy King - Accounts
Cathy has been in the accounting field for the past 22 years. She was trained on the job by accountants William Buck and worked in the accounting industry servicing her own clients for 8 years before having children. She gained a vast experience of knowledge working on many different businesses giving her the flexibility to undertake any bookkeeping/accounting role within any industry. For the last ten years she has worked as a bookkeeper, Financial Controller, Office Manager and has been with us at Key Conference Solutions since 2003.
Pam Conway - Director
Having owned and operated her own Travel Agency for over 10 years combined with the experience of being the owner/manager of one of Melbourne's dedicated conference venues, Pam is well positioned to advise on both the Melbourne conference market and the options available to you Australia - wide. A founding member of the International Association of Conference Centres Australia her wealth of knowledge from a venue point of view is invaluable in finding the right solution for your next conference.
Jim Conway - Director
Jim brings a wealth of sales, marketing and general management experience accumulated over 20 years in the meetings industry. His involvement spans all facets of the industry including active participation in and the development of regional industry organisations. For many years Jim, was the Managing Director of his family owned conference venue before launching with partner Pam Conway - Key Conference Solutions in 2002.
